SEEKERSPARK AFFILIATE COMMISSION AND BONUS TERMS
1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Seekerspark.
- "Affiliate" refers to an approved partner authorized to promote Seekerspark.
- "Referred Customer" means a business that signs up using the Affiliate’s referral code and later makes successful paid subscription payments after the trial period.
- "Subscription Fee" means the amount actually paid by the customer per billing cycle, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds or chargebacks.
- "Active Subscription" means a subscription with successful payment status recorded in the payments table.
2. Standard Commission Rules (Matches AffiliateCommissionService Logic)
- Commission is earned only on successful paid subscription invoices.
- Subscription value is normalized monthly by dividing totalDays/30 when subscription length is not exactly 30 days.
- Commissions are generated only when:
a) the user has ended their trial period, and
b) an active subscription exists, and
c) the payment record status is "success".
- Commission is calculated on monthly billing amounts derived from subscription billing data.
- Commission applies only to packages covered under MONTHLY PERIOD for system usage.
- No commission is paid for free trial periods.
3. Payout Qualification & Restrictions
No commission is paid for:
- Failed or pending payments
- Refunded or partially refunded invoices
- Chargebacks
- Cancelled or suspended subscriptions
- Fraud flagged accounts
4. Duration of Commission Earnings
- Commissions apply only for paid billing periods recorded during active subscriptions.
- Commissions do not continue for unpaid months or paused billing.
- Future commission entitlement does not exist beyond the billed payment periods.
- Seekerspark retains all revenue outside the earned and approved commission payouts.
5. Commission Payment Schedule
- Commission is calculated monthly based on processed successful payments.
- Payouts may be disbursed upon verification according to Seekerspark internal payout schedule.
- Seekerspark reserves the right to delay payment for validation, fraud checks or disputes.
6. Annual Bonus Program (Matches AffiliateBonusPreviewService Logic)
- Affiliates may earn a 5% annual revenue bonus based on total revenue generated from qualified referred customers.
- A customer qualifies only after achieving a minimum of ten (10) paid subscription months within the calendar year.
- The annual bonus is posted at year-end as a separate payout entry labeled "Annual Bonus" with status "pending" until released.
- The Company may deny or revoke bonus payout if fraud or manipulation is detected.
7. Customer Ownership
- All referred customers remain property of Seekerspark.
- Affiliates hold no rights to customer accounts, data, communication, or future revenue.
8. Conduct Rules
Affiliates must not:
- Misrepresent Seekerspark features or pricing
- Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives
- Register accounts for customers without consent
- Use spam or deceptive promotion strategies
- Manipulate referrals or payment events
Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate participation at any time with notice.
- Commissions earned prior to termination remain payable after verification.
- No new commissions accrue after termination notice.
10. Policy Changes
- Seekerspark may update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
